Job Title: Business Development - Sales Engagement & Lead Generation

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to drive sales engagement and lead generation initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, qualifyirng, and nurturing potential business opportunities through strategic outreach and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:


Lead Generation & Pros
pecting: Utilize advanced B2B databases and professional networking platforms to identify high-quality prospects
Research and analyze target companies and decision-makers across various industries
Build comprehensive prospect lists based on defined ideal customer profiles
Leverage multiple channels including online platforms, industry databases, and professional networks

Sales Engagement & Outreach:
  • Design and execute targeted email outreach campaigns with personalized messaging
  • Create and manage automated email sequences with A/B testing capabilities
  • Track and analyze engagement metrics including open rates, click-through rates, and response rates
  • Conduct follow-up communications and nurture leads through the sales funnel
CRM Management:
  • Implement and maintain CRM system for comprehensive lead tracking
  • Ensure accurate data entry and regular updates of contact information and interaction history
  • Generate detailed reports on lead generation activities and conversion metrics
  • Maintain organized pipeline management with proper lead scoring and qualification
Business Development Activities:
  • Qualify leads based on budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT criteria)
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings between qualified prospects and senior management
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and presentations
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with prospects throughout the sales cycle
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in business development and sales
  • Proven track record in B2B lead generation and sales engagement
  • Extensive experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
  • Strong proficiency in using B2B contact databases and sales intelligence tools
  • Experience in email marketing automation and campaign management
