Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Customer Care Executive to deliver exceptional service to US-based customers. This night shift, work-from-office role requires strong communication skills, the ability to handle escalations, and a customer-first mindset.

Manage inbound and outbound calls with US customers during night hours.
Provide accurate information, resolve queries, and troubleshoot issues promptly.
Handle escalations with professionalism and empathy.
Document all customer interactions in CRM systems.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
Mentor and guide junior customer care staff (if applicable).
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Excellent English communication skills with neutral or US accent proficiency.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • 2–4 years’ experience in customer service, preferably in a night shift role.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Computer proficiency, including CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Positive attitude, patience, and empathy when dealing with customers.Work Schedule
CRM Management:
  • Implement and maintain CRM system for comprehensive lead tracking
  • Ensure accurate data entry and regular updates of contact information and interaction history
  • Generate detailed reports on lead generation activities and conversion metrics
  • Maintain organized pipeline management with proper lead scoring and qualification
Shift: Night shift (aligned to US time zones) Mode: Work from Office (Bangalore – Sarjapura Road)
