Manage inbound and outbound calls with US customers during night hours. Provide accurate information, resolve queries, and troubleshoot issues promptly. Handle escalations with professionalism and empathy. Document all customer interactions in CRM systems. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth issue resolution and customer satisfaction. Mentor and guide junior customer care staff (if applicable). Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements.
